0000-00-00CR42 progress slows

We are still trying to find a stack of 4130 metric steel tubing for the CR42, we've had no luck so far. If anyone out there can help us with some then please let us know. We are also beginning to think about making up the large numbers of different sections for the wing struts, there are many struts and even more section formers, all of which have a different section and size. The job is likely to take a very long time and we are currently trying to devise ways of bulk producing the pieces for use in the struts themselves.

The engine ring is likely to offer us a huge challenge too. It is spun a full 360 degrees in very few sections and is aerofoil shaped all the way with entry and exit ports for the gases... HORRIBLE! We'll get there though...
